From 1–3 September 2026, the SMJE Group brought together employees across subsidiaries and functions for an impactful initiative combining corporate social responsibility and team building.

The programme began with a visit to Jireh Home in Tuaran, where staff engaged with the children, donated essential supplies, and gained firsthand insight into community needs, a powerful reminder of our shared responsibility to uplift those around us.

The experience culminated in a team expedition up Mount Kinabalu, which tested our resilience and deepened organizational cohesion. Reaching the summit together served as a proud symbol of our collective strength, shared values, and commitment to excellence.
